

HOW MY COACHING WORKS

We work together each month to progress your unique personal and professional development towards your desired goals.
Trained as a psychologist, coach, and neuroscientist, I have also accrued a wealth of practical and physiological knowledge from many years as an elite athlete, entreprenuer, and working in many high performance environments.

My approach is neuropsychophysiological; meaning I target systemic change integrated at multiple levels to meet your aims.
​
Whether you need a mentor to help guide your progression in elite sport or business, or a coach to challenge and transform your daily experience, I will use all of my experience to advance your situation.​

Purposeful Plan
You are unique, therefore, every coaching situation is tailored to match your context and goals. On starting, we will examine your purpose, your why, so that we can move forward with a clear sustainable plan that is going to help you flourish, not just achieve.


Fundamentals
Next, we will examine your physiological and psychological basics to ensure that your foundations can support your endeavours. Ensuring your sleep, gut health, autonomic nervous system and mindset is working with you may help to irradicate many of your daily struggles. This part can be fleeting or go as far as examining your nutrition, genetics, family history, living situation, and environment.

Transformation
Together we will design and develop a transformational pathway to remove blockages and barriers to your success. This may involve emotional releases, uncovering unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour, dealing with past trauma, spiritual awakenings, stress testing, professional development, business innovation or identifying interventions that will help your aims.


Optimisation
Next, we will co-create helpful habits that will replace outdated narratives and scripts to help build your future. This may include training in mental skills (e.g., mindfulness, visualisation, story scripting, acceptance commitment therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, performing under pressure skills etc.). We will test and optimise these helpful habits into your life and make progessive changes to make your desired change a sustainable reality.
GETTING STARTED

There is no silver bullet to results, whilst we will aim to achieve some quick wins, you will be inviting me into your inner circle for long-term sustained results. There is no tie-in contract to my coaching but I suggest a minimum of 3 months to achieve some success.

I run yearly or monthly packages to suit your budget in which we meet once, twice, or three times a month in person or via skype/zoom plus check-ins when appropriate.
Due to my historic success my costs are on par with other experienced sport psychologists, mentors, and performance coaches, however, if my fees are an issue, please let me know, I have trained many other coaches over the years who may be available at a reduced fee.

If you are wanting some urgent success or feel the need for deep transformation I offer intensives to fasttrack early development. Intensives involve an immersive experience in which we meet for 1-7 days and curate a highly impactful and often life-changing experience to help you on your journey. The experiences are always custom-built towards the individual in terms of location, activities, content, and schedule. Please contact me for more information.
