Performance Coaching - Intensive Retreat - Meet Surgeon Emily
LEADERSHIP COACHING
Confidential
All our sessions are private and confidential.
I work with many high profile leaders that have media responsibilities and explicitly want to work outside the public eye. The testimonials on this site are from clients happy to wave that anonymity.
Collaborative
Our coaching relationship is a relationship like no other. It is fun, innovating, intimate, and hopefully inspirational.
I ask each client to commit to the relationship, and I do the same.
Impactful
My coaching is progressive and transformative; likely the most interesting conversation you will ever have about yourself.
My coaching utilises the latest neuroscientific, psychological and social insights to maximise the impact of our sessions.
ABOUT ME?
In my younger years I was a junior British tennis player playing three world championships before stopping due to injury.
Following, my passions for travel and sport led me to set up, run, and eventually sell a UK adventure sports tour operator (Active Adventures Ltd). In 2011, I founded the Flow Centre, which as CEO I continue to run today.
✓ Ex-athlete, CEO, Entrepreneur
✓ Trained multiple World Champions
Academically, I have been awarded the Outstanding Academic Achievement Prize for scientific works surrounding performance and flow, and authored published journal articles in my MSc and PhD.
Practically, I have helped numerous leaders—from CEOs to highly ranked military personnel, entrepreneurs to court judges—to strengthen their mental skills, advance their organisations, and design a career that they are proud of.
COMMITTED TO YOUR SUCCESS
Every coaching relationship is unique and will be tailored to your needs and context.
I will use the latest scientific knowledge and proven practice from the field to ensure our sesssions are highly effective.
✓ Multi-Dimensional Approach
✓ Committed Beyond the Session
My experience shows that the best results come when both parties are fully committed to your growth, which is why from day one I fully commit to your success even byond the sessions.
LET’S CONNECT!
WHY ME?
Multi-faceted
I have been told that it is difficult to find someone who has experience and been trained in counselling, psychology, neuroscience and multiple therapies.
I use a blended approach depending on what is needed and target integrated change through a multi-faceted approach.
Interactive
When looking to make changes in our lives, it is important that any interventions are physically engaging to target embodied cognition.
In our session, you may find yourself in a movement room, in a park, or doing an activity to ensure changes are impactful.
Experienced
I have also been told that it is difficult to find a coach that has (a) the practical experience of performing at an elite level (and being an entrepreneur and CEO), and (b) the academic and scientific knowledge, and (C) the practical experience of working with others.

FLEXIBLE COMMUNICATIONS
We live in a modern world, which is why many of my clients (especially those living abroad) choose to do our sessions online.
✓ In-Person or Online - You Choose
✓ Mid-Session Catch Ups
My experience shows that the best results come when coaching involves continuous touch points. Our coaching packages will involve infrequent updates between sessions to ensure accountability and continued momentum.
