No food, but drinks will be available for purchase at the bar.
Arrival Time
The event will start and doors will be locked at 6.45pm sharp. Please come 15 minutes prior to check-in and enjoy the location.
What's Happening
Part 1 will include experiential samples of the book (How to Find Flow), the author's journey working with flow, and mini performances. You will be standing. Part 2 will included a seated Q&A with special guests about the book, followed by drinks and mingling into the night.
Vibe
It is very relaxed. Wear what you want, bring friends, be open.

You can also take the train to Fremantle Station. Kidogo Arthouse is a 10-15 minute walk.
Kids?
Kids can come, if supervised. There will be many speeches and moments of silence that we would ask they respectfully stay quiet for.

About Dr Cameron Norsworthy
Known to my coaching clients as the 'The Flow Coach', I am a keynote speaker, scientist, athlete, performance advisor and founder of the Flow Coaching Federation.
My journey started as a top British junior tennis player and after a 20 year break I am back playing World Championships, now at a senior level. ​

​Scientifically, I have been awarded the Outstanding Academic Achievement Prize, focused my PhD on advancing our understanding and application of peak performance states, and advanced the flow state model into a psychophysiological theory as well as developing the Psychological Flow Scale (PFS).

Practically, I have coached numerous World Champions, leaders, and organisations to achieve success. I have founded numerous businesses, including the Flow Centre that specialises in bridging the science and practice of flow as well as setting standards for the profession of Flow Coaching.
I continue to speak at scientific and global conferences, chair scientific labs on flow and optimal functioning, and run the biennial Flow Conference.
I have a huge passion for evolving human capacity and human expression.
